I work systemically: not just focusing on you as an individual, but on the patterns and dynamics around you. Most situations that weigh on you involve multiple people, roles and expectations.

I know the dilemmas you navigate.
Before I became a coach, I spent nearly ten years in leadership myself. I know what it takes to create clarity in complexity. To build an environment where people can actually do their best work. To make decisions that are right for the organisation and still feel true to who you are.
For over 15 years I’ve combined that experience with a scientific foundation — as a psychologist (PhD), systemic therapist and coach. I also run the university coaching programme at FernUniversität in Hagen, Germany.
